can stock be propagated by cutting?

I have a stock plant. it survived last year's winter and still beautiful. only sad thing is it does not produce seed and may be that is why it keeps flowering almost thoughout year. I wintersowed so many virgina stocks, stck 10 weeks but none came like this. all seeded and stopped flowering.

I am thinking can i get more plants from this stock by cutting? how should i root the cutting? water? potting mix?

I don't know, but try both and you might get lucky. They sound like they're worth a shot.
also there is a propagation forum, maybe they'll know. good luck.
