Same to you & your family, Brad!! And eating too much on Thanksgiving is traditional so I plan on sticking to tradition! I'm going to my DIL's mother's house for a late afternoon dinner--just a short 7 mi. drive from my little green acre. I'm making 'shroomless green bean casserole the way my son likes it + butternut squash + onion dip.

It's gorgeous here--bright, sunny and low 40's. I'll take as many more days like this as I can get!

Thanks for the good wishes, and also back to you for a very wonderful day. I will be dining alone, having some favorite foods, and enjoying my serenity! The past 6 months have been interesting, my sister and also one of my grandsons were here living with me, and now I'm finally able to have my home to myself again...that's a very good thing in my life, and what I am MOST grateful for today.

Happy Thanksgiving, Mary!! How nice that you've got your place to yourself where you can relax and enjoy the quiet. I too have a house alone and SO cherish the peace & gentle sound of windchimes. It's sunny here today and supposed to be nice for the next couple of days as well. I'll cherish every bit of nice weather that comes our way after the terrible storms we've endured.
