Number 2 looks like Dianthus barbatus, Sweet William. It is a biennial, or short-lived perennial, so will flower in its second year from seed.

The bottom one might be a penstemon, like Husker Red. Those don't bloom the first year, either.

I soo hope it's a penstomen, you don't have any idea of how many packs with two-years of wintersowing of my belt. I never can get the plant to survive.

The first picture looks like something I've grown, but I'm not sure. Maybe coreopsis lanceolata?

Thanks You Ramazz, I looked up images of coreopsis, though found one picture just like it. I'm excited, I hope they bloom next summer.
