You can add 54 small containers for zone 5. It is such fun. A number of years ago, we moved to a new property, and I WSed a good number of my perennial plants for the gardens here. How else can one afford to start a new garden. Hurray for Trudi.

Woohoo - I sowed ONE container today LOL. Please add one to zone 9.

I'll be sowing lots more, I promise :) But Wintersowing in zone 9 is just the same as elsewhere, as most everything will sprout immediately, and anything needing cold to germinate will have to be put in the fridge or freezer for weeks. Not that I'm complaining mind you, I just love that it got to 66 today, and I was out planting some seedlings of Nicotiana that I had started in the fall. Ah, love sunny winter days in California!
