Trudi ! I know you will LOL..
Can I get a lot of 3-6 kids of tomato? The more well known heirloom ones sold best. hot peppers and peppers Any Basil, and other herbs too.
Chris and Connie do a GREAT job
growing the Tom's but it may be simpler if I can hand them a type of seed to grow for me. Save them and me some work.

Michele, have you thought about solicting all the seed co. for donations and in return, you could add them to your list of sponsors on your website/blog? Maybe if you put together a cd or presentation, and send it to CEO of each company, it might get results. Have a newspaper do an interview on you and your volunteers, as well as local tv stations. It's worth a try. What do you have to lose but time, computer paper and some postage?

I was just going to send you a note via FB, so glad I saw this now.

I can send the heirloom packs, have got basil, herbs, and lots of hot peppers, I'm not sure off the top of my head what non-hot peppers I have on hand, but I know I have a mega plenty hots.

I'll let you know when I've got something in the mail to you, likely in early January, if I can't get them out sooner ;-)

Michelle - I've got a good-sized box packed up with 3" pots & more labels...the box I was going to drive up and give you back in the Fall. Never did find the time to make the trip. Is there a way to save on shipping by dropping the box off at the Enfield, CT Costco and having it trucked up to Avon? Would they do that?

Are you looking for perennial seeds to WS? Anything I've got is yours and I've got LOTS. I'd be happy to make up some seed packs for you. JLMK

Michele, do you need any more seeds? I can send you lots (put that in CAPS -- I do mean lots!) if you want them. Mostly flowers but some vegetables. Do you want some mini-blind plant labels? I'd like to help in this worthy cause. Unfortunately, I don't have the diamond-studded crown or tiara you deserve. I can't get GW email to work, so please answer on this thread.

Lemmeno,
Barbara in Virginia

That was fast--it's amazing how quick the post office can work. Well, sometimes.

Sometimes, I overthink things. I was sitting here trying to discern the root of lemmeno--sounds like a pretty word of a romance language--wondering what it could mean ;-O Sigh. I think it's time to go to bed, an hour ago.

RE: Need your help for a Charity plant sale in 2011

Good one, daffodil, if I guessed correctly: Is it "Now I do?" Lemmeno is clipped from "Let me know." Picked it up from a coworker in Kansas.

Michele, I'll try to email you again so I can get your address. Surely hope it works. I certainly wouldn't want to post my address here and assume you wouldn't either. Only other thing I can think of is to send the package to the Costco where you work.

Barbara
