Fall clean up disaster, seed request

Years ago, I winter sowed my heart out. I planted, gave away and gave plantings to local garden clubs. Went merrily on my way with beautiful flower gardens sharing seeds and gathering converts to winter sowing. This year, I harvested and distributed as has been my habit. All was well until.... New crew sent by landscaper for fall clean up. We were away for two days but came home to a lovely note. "We cleaned up every fallen leaf and pulled all the weeds and roots around the bushes, shrubs and daylily."

Now I sit with no seeds and no flowers in my beds but for approximately 300 daylily. Anyone willing to share seeds for postage?

Check out my list and let me know what seeds you would like and I will send them for postage.

You should contact the landscape company and have them replace what was pulled. That is a huge investment that they destroyed. If you have photos of your gardens, you can provide a list of plants for them to purchase replacements.

OMG, don't get me started on landscapers - a property I used to manage until last year (it was sold), had a beautiful mature flowering dogwood in front of the building - at least 35 years old. I stopped by to say hello to one of the tenants and was appalled to see the tree had been cut down. It was sad to see the stark empty space and weeping stump - it actually hurt my heart. Apparently the new owners told the landscapers to use their judgement in clearing out some of the foundation shrubbery and they thought it was appropriate to cut down a stunning native tree, no less one that is at risk in the wild. These are the people who are employed to maintain the land? They are obviously idiots who have NO idea what they're doing!!

Okay, I needed to vent that!

I have crocosmia lucifer bulbs (corms), as well as some White Baby's Breath seeds which were donated to me but unfortunately are a listed invasive species in my area. Let me know if either appeal to you.
