Confused. You can or you can't....

Winter sow Goatsbeard, arancus dioicus? The FAQs list this plant under Zone 5 natives, but the Winter Sowing FAQ germination chart says it didn't germinate!

I am about to check out of the seed store, so I sure would like to know for sure!

I wintersowed Aruncus dioicus last year and had excellent germination.

In case anyone is wondering, Aruncus aethusifolius (Dwarf Goat's Beard) WSed for me very well. I had lots of babies.
