I've checked it out a few times. Lots of neat ideas and recipes. My two teenage daughters saw a photo there of Marble Nails where you drip different colors of nail polish into a cup of water, swirl it around, and then dip your fingernails into it to color them. They've had a lot of fun girly time together lately doing that. Does logging in just let you post stuff if you want to, or can you see more? It doesn't explain. I just realized you can go to a gardening catagory.

I check out Pinterest several times a day. I have used several of their recipes and ideas. Many people might not know that you need to click on the picture to go to a page with directions. If that page has no directions...click on that too...I almost always am redirected to a blog with the instructions I need. You can only post if they approve you. Thanks for the gardening link. I didn't know they had a separate section for that, but then I never get past the terrific Home Page.

I'm still getting used to it myself, but I'm one of those people who have one million bookmarks and forgetting what it was for. This site gives me a visual reminder as well as a link to what I wanted to see/make. There are also many people who have linked to wintersowing, which is why I asked. :oD

I'm on pinterest. I go through phases of pinning alot and then not looking at all but it's fun. Needless to say, I have garden and flower boards! If you haven't tried it, you need to log in to create boards - that's the fun part. When you see things you like on Pinterest or any website you can save it to one of your boards.

I've recently joined too and love it! Here's my page if you want to follow. http://pinterest.com/aschune/ I've been following people/boards like crazy because I think the more you follow, the more pictures you see... but I haven't quite figured it out yet either. There are several categories they have set up that you can filter by. If you go to the main homepage - at the very top under the Pinterest logo, there are some options. If you mouse over the word Everything, it will open a list of categories you can filter by. Gardening is just one of them. :-) But you probably have to be logged in to see that. Amy
