RRD or RU?

Buford_NE_GA_7A(7B)Updated It's Dr. Huey. Which makes me think it should just be dug up regardless of if it's RRD or RU. The plant looks very damaged and might not recover.

AquaEyes 7a New JerseyUpdated My "Bermuda Spice" takes no pauses from late Spring until hard frost. Yes, every single day there are blooms on it. During the hottest part of Summer they are smaller and whiter, but still there. :-) ~Christopher

seil zone 6b MIUpdated Regan's does not grow their own roses but purchase them from suppliers. The ones I received, however, were very large and healthy plants. I would order from them again anytime. They do offer quite a selection too!
